Theft Description
<strong>Black Vauxhall Vectra Estate pulled into the pavement outside ‘drink?’ In Hebden Bridge, a masked rear passenger leant out the window and grabbed two bikes that were chained together but NOT UNATTENDED. Drove off with bikes hanging on the side of the car. </strong>
