Suspect entered the property and has gone into a shed and found a cheap bike. They've then taken the cheap bike to go down the side of the house with it, when they've tried the rear door and been able to access the ground floor kitchen. They've then found some personal property, which they've dumped at the rear before taking the best of our electric bikes out the front door. He's come back and closed the front door before taking the bike away to a stash location. He has then returned to the house after I've noticed the theft (5 minutes later) and has walked past the front of the house (presumably was going to steal more, but we were up)
