Bike Description
Ladies white 24 speed hybrid bike. When stolen it had a pair Basil brand blue floral panniers secured to the rear rack with tyraps and a large black bell with the words 'Bicycle or Die' on it.Theft Description
The bike was locked up on the racks near the side entrance to Woking theatre (just by the library CCTV camera)
