Bicycle with training wheels loved by our 3 year old son... Who steals a 3 year old's bicycle at 10am on a Sunday? The bicycle was in excellent condition and had a green bell on the handlebar.Theft Description
It happened about 10am on Sunday 31 January. We forgot something in our flat, so we left it just outside the entrance door on Albert Bridge Road while we ran inside. When we came back out (1-2 minutes later), the bicycle was gone.
