Left double locked chained to railings at Gloucester Park, at corner of spa road/Montpellier road, attending fair. Thick coil (Kryptonite) cable lock and padlock through frame and rear wheels of my bike and 2 childrens bikes, and railings. A further combination type cafe cable lock to lock the front wheels to the railings. Locked at 16:25 and returned to find bike missing with cables severed at 17:20h
