Theft Description
Bike lock was cut outside of the bank the security guard watch a male with a mask cut my bike and ride down Wilbraham road in Manchester at around 2.25 on the 1st September bike reported missing and awaiting cctv of my bike from local shops my bike was locked with 3 other bikes male was wearing grey hoodie with black lines down this bike was bought by my grandfather who's pass away has sentimental value
