Bike Description

The bike is a black Cannondale with two yellow stripes on the frame. When stolen, the bike did contain a flashlight in the handlebar and a saddle bag under the seat.

Theft Description

The bike was stolen from the bike store B in the building I live in. Last time I used the bike was returning home around 8:30 PM on last Thursday (13th of January). When I went to use my bike today (17th of January) at 6:10 PM the bike was gone and I could find remains of the chain in the ground. The building does have CCTV of the room.
