Older frame Apollo Five Speed Crusader in red, but with new saddle and newly wrapped handle bars. Road bike. New Brake pads. Black pannier rack newly fitted. (Black plastic wrap around the right piece connecting the frame to the pannier rack had fallen off, so there was only one on the left hand side).Theft Description
Two locks around the bike were cut with some form of bolt cutters from outside place of work.Recovery Description
Randomly spotted it chained up, and phoned the police, who identified it as mine and used bolt cutters to return it to me.
