Theft Description

My bike was locked in the communal area of my building. I normally take up to the flat but due to a shoulder injury I've been locking it downstairs for the pst couple of weeks. I saw it this morning and I noticed it was gone in the afternoon. So it was taken between 11am-3pm. They broke mu Kryptonite lock and left it behind.
