Recovery Description

I reported the bike stolen on the police website same day (Monday). Received a call on my mobile at 8am on the Wednesday from police saying they had recovered the bike and would wait with it until I arrive to claim. It was a housing estate 5 min walk from where it was stolen, on a false plate, knackered ignition and wiring, chained up (!) Police didn’t have a bolt cutter which was a bit of a problem, but top marks to them for tracing me through chassis number to actual reg number to my web report. Reckoned thieves had moved it to check no tracker and then would have used in robbery
