Has a blue sticker of a cartoon character on the main frame. Has some issues with the back wheel and it wobbles and clicks when cycled. Has a different front wheel to back wheel tire tred.Theft Description
The lock was cut through the lock with bolt cutters and taken from Westminster lodge in St Albans. It was stolen around 10-10:40 on Friday evening.
