Theft Description

  Cardiff City Centre (Queen Street) opposite Mcdonalds. 3 bikes double locked. 3 men stole them and there is CCTV footage along with eye witnesses who took photos. (we are looking for the woman who took photos) please contact us (amesy1973@yahoo.co.uk)
