Bike Description
White and brown 2011 model of Specialized Ariel with white saddle, a marmite jar- like sticker with Noahs bikes advertisement on under the seat on the front, LED front light, the front white cats eye had loose braket, brown/black marking on the front of the step trough frame from leaning against the pole. The reflective sticking strips on both pedals are missing. Taken from a bike shed placed in Stockham Primary school in Wantage, between 11.30 and 1 pm on 14.09.2015Theft Description
Bicycle was taken from bike shed from Primary school in Wantage during daytime- it was last seen in the shed at 11.30 am.Recovery Description
It was stumbled upon in a local supermarket by a friend of a friend, following 3 months worth of hunt on social media and members of community keeping their eyes open. She waited for someone to approach the bike and she questioned them about it- it still had all identifying marks on it, including bike shop sticker and light brackets. The girl claimed she bought it off someone for £30, but when pressed she just handed bike over, refusing to give her name and phone number. Seems unreal to have it back!
