Black males Specialized Allez bike with red and white writing. Two drinks holders on the frame. One wheel is not the Specialized one as wheel was previously stolen and replaced.Theft Description
Bike was locked to a bike post on the Southbank Waterloo, behind the Royal Festival Hall and opposite the food market. Chain was cut with bolt cutters.
