Bike Description

This bike has been converted into an electric bike but no one could use it as it's my dad's own battery system... was stolen from outside food hall CMK milton keynes this afternoon (fathers day 19th June 2016). Please help me get his bike back he spent alot of money building it.  The lock was cut off with large cutters... :0( my mobile is 07977702976.  Thank you any information about it would be great.
