Bike locked outside St James Street station in Walthamstow. Chained with a heavy lock on a bike stand outside station with 2 x CCTV. Lots of other bikes and mine is the one to go - in the middle of the day. Approx between 2-5pm. Speaking to station staff apparently this is a real issue with this bike stand - perhaps putting up notices or removing bike stand would be advisable. The bike isn't worth much now but hugely valuable to me as my only means of transport.
