Theft Description

Stolen from outside Whole Foods in Richmond (1-3 George street)- was locked to a lamppost and another bike. Left for approximately 5 minutes, at which point a man ran into the store to me and said that it had been stolen. I ran out to try and chase the criminal (didn’t see him). Then saw whole foods cctv - showing a man (attached photo) approx 6ft in 40s smoking a cigarette in pink and blue polo shirt and jeans. He looked around and then cut the locks with some sort of cutter, before cycling off on it.
