Bike Description
Dark green flat handlebars. Brown saddle and handlebars, dark green rear luggage rack. Black mudguards, one mudguard spoke on front wheel has rubber cover missing. Paint has very noticeably been scratched right down to the metal on both sides of frame and front fork, particularly towards handlebars, and luggage rack shows signs of wear from using a pannier on the chain side. Luggage rack and mudguards look to have been stripped based on seeing it onsale on Facebook marketplace.Theft Description
Chain lock was cut when locked to bike racks on Stratton Lane, down the side of the House of Fraser at Cabot Circus, between 17:30 - 21:10 on the evening of Tuesday 6th September. Bike was locked to bike racks and to my partner's bike by a chain lock AND D-lock. D-lock and my partner's bike remain intact. Bike turned up on Facebook Marketplace late the following day, but the seller did not respond to enquiries and it was taken down the following morning. Profile was a stolen goods fake one so I can’t trace them but have reported it to police. The mudguards and luggage rack had been taken off in the Facebook listing.
