Bike Description

Woman's medium frame pinnacle Cobalt 2 hybrid bike (2015). White frame with Topeak child carrier on the back (may have been removed). The bike has a rear light bracket fixed to the babycarrier bracket. There is also a bell. Handlebars are black and straight. No mudguards. Topeak child carrier is grey plastic with yellow/orange cushion and a grab bar with 'Topeak' logo across it  (may have been removed).
