Theft Description

Description of theft provided to police. Name of person who stole bike and their address also provided to police (known due to photo's/screenshots). However, police stated that it was a low-level crime and not high enough in terms of priority to go and collect/arrest theif (who they also confirmed is well known to them in the Kingswood area for bike theft and drugs).
