Theft Description

Taken from garden where it was locked to a post - moving flat so not prioritising it's security  while weather was bad- not sure when taken but several  vans have been used over the past week to move various flat mates out of flat. Garden a bit open at back to visitors . Bike may have gone before 1st Feb - trying to clarify this with anyone  who noticed it .
