-two wire lockers have been cut and left near the metal stand where it was secured to. -happened in Courage Yard, Shad Thames near Tower bridge - middle age, bald guy with black cap, blue jeans and backpack entered courage yard at 11:41 from Zoopla side, left at 11:46 near Tap bar
