Bike Description
As in picture except it has new front forks as in the 2nd picture. They left the front wheel as it was chained down with a steel chain but cut/stole the Kryptonite Lock and Cable that was securing the rest of the bike to the bike stand. Serial PL09H02128Theft Description
Entered a locked bike store and stole several bikes it appears. No trace of any cables etc so must have had tools and a van. No CCTV
