Bike Description
Red Size 20 frame - original white Giant 'Size 20' oval sticker on bottom of seat tube, green / black Giant stickers on top of seat tube and side of front forks. Black handlebars, original saddle with white Giant logo on rear of saddle, and a small tear in the saddle fabric on rear next to the logo. Front and back reflectors, white reflector in front wheel spokes. Recently replaced new parts (chainset, chain, rear wheel, Schwalbe Silento tyres). Work done by South Coast Bikes in Brighton and their black and silver sticker is on the down tube just above the bottom bracket.Theft Description
I'd moved my red Giant GSR 100 mountain bike from the garage in order to help move some rolls of carpet from the garage to the house. The bike was left alongside the house, approx 20m from the road, but was visible from the road. At some stage in the day, whilst working in the house the bike was taken ‒ both myself and my partner assumed the other had put it away in the garage. We didn't discover it was missing until some weeks later. I'm not hopeful that it will at this stage, but having owned it for 30 years from new, I'm still pretty sore that it's gone. It had been recently refurbished with new parts, so probably looked like a more expensive bike than it was, but as such is now a fairly unique looking machine.
