Bike Description
A black bike, reflector on front wheel but not back wheel, rip in seat, reflector on the rear pannier holder but the reflector on the seat had fallen off (holder is still there). There is a holder for a lock, and a water bottle holder. Holders for front and rear lights. New rear tyre. Black metal mudguards.Theft Description
From Webbs Yard, off Magdalen Street, Norwich. Bike was secured with a Kryptonite D-lock to a post, via a cable. I didn't see the theft happening but I imagine they cut the cable and then carried the bike away with the D-lock still in place.
