Theft Description

The bike was taken from just outside the office I'm working in, at the corner of Dalry road and West End Place between 10:30am and noon on the 18th of March. I actually went outside at 10:30 for a minute and saw this homeless looking guy (long dark hair, with purple or pink dyes, baggy brown cloths with a small black dog with brown patches) eating his food near the bike - stereotypes aside, I really think it was a weird choice of place for a snack, so he's my number 1 bet. Anyway, the bike was still there and when I went for lunch at noon it was gone. Walked around the area and the parks nearby but did not see anything.
