Fuji Sportif 2.3 road bike. Blue with white drop handles. White Fuji logo. A saddle with 'TEST' written all over it in white writing, the saddle has a cut out as its a female saddle. There is a thumb bell on the left handle and a phone holder on the handle frames. Also a bottle holder with a SIS water bottle.Theft Description
One white male and one white female. She was on her own bike keeping watch while he cut through the lock and stole my bike. They rode off towards Cardiff Bay/Senedd direction.
