Theft Description

Bike locked in a BikeAway secure bike locker in a gated development in SW8. Thieves breached the fence and spent 11 noisy minutes breaking into the locker and breaking the locks. They left shortly before the police arrived (neighbours called 999). This was the third theft from our road in the last two weeks but other bikes had been stolen from bike loops. They clearly had cased the area and come back with appropriate tools to break into the locker (which they managed to remove the door from).
