A white male, on two crutches with the left foot in a walking cast stole my 2010 Cervelo S3 . He walked past the bike and returned a few minutes later with a tool to cut the lock. The thief is around 30yrs old, wore a green hooded parka, blue sweat pants and has blond short cropped hair.
