bike was left locked and secured to the railings outside walthamstow central overground station on selbourne road. it was left there on Saturday 24th Sept 2016 at about 18.20. I returned at about 0040 on 25th sept 2016 and notice that my oxford lock had been cut and the bike taken. The bike was hardly used and was in mint condition. On both front and back wheels were flower reflectors.
