White Carrera Valour bike with black and blue stripes. Bracket for lock attached to frame along with elasticated lights on handlebar and saddle post. Black marks on frame from being up against railings.Theft Description
Stolen from railings outside of work premises on Oriel Road, Cheltenham. Lock cut through and bike taken between hours of 9 and 5.30.
