Bike Description
A large frame dark green Hybrid bike with straight handlebars and semi-rugged wheels. When stolen it had a pannier rack on the back wheel. It had a bell but no clips for lights and the tires were filled with Slyme.Theft Description
Cut from the bars at the East end of Queen St in Cardiff in the afternoon between 3:30 and 5:30. Police say there was nothing on the CCTV. Some of the street sleepers on the street say bikes are usually sold on on the day they are stolen.
