Opposite the Gate in Newcastle city centre in front of Debenhams, Newgate Street. Straitgh below a CCTV camera. Police received a report that a bike might be getting stolen, hence some officers followed the offender for a while and recorded him on video, so we have the theft and the thieve recorded.
