Bike Description

A women's black carrera Axel (I think it may have been sepcial edition) with blue writing on the side of the frame, 18" frame.  The handlebars had a cheap black flick bell from wilkinsons on the right and a mount for a bike light on the left.  The seat post was as low as could go and attached to it was a rear mudguard, rear reflector and mount for a rear bike light.  There was also a mudguard attached to the lower beam on the frame.
