Theft Description

Thieft occurred in Kennington, walnut tree walk. My next door neighbour borrowed my road bike. We live in a small flat on the 2nd floor. The flat has a secretary door were you have to press the buzzer. My neighbour explained that he left my bike outside my door and went indoors briefly to get ready for work. When he came back outside the bike had been stolen.
