Bike Description
Brand-new Boardman Sport Hybrid with Crud Twin Mudguards (wide guards, the front one strapped to the frame and the back one into the trunk of the seat) and Selle Royal Respiro -saddle. Smaller parts include a basic black bell and a red rear reflector which was tilted slightly upwards. 3x9 gears with switches, although there are actually only two levels of 9 gears each. Also, unlike in the picture from inside the house, both ends of the handle had plugs (this problem was fixed recently).Theft Description
The bicycle was kept inside the hallway of a shared occupation house but likely one of the other tenants moved it outside during the night, prompting someone to snatch the locked but unsecured bicycle. (The lock used was a Knog Strongman D-Lock.). This was noticed at 8:40 a.m. while leaving for work. This happened on London Road in Reading.
