Locked up outside aldi - havant. 12.20-12.40 2 guys - 1 pulled out wire cutters - cut the lock and cycled off on my bike. Left me his bike - blk road bike carerra model. Took to havant police station and left there. All on cctv. Hoodies and bags on back.
