Bike Description

Ladies Mountain Bike (Picture shows men’s bike but it’s Ladies one) Blue frame with white lettering saying “Apollo” between saddle and handlebar and “Radar” between pedals and handlebars. Black handlebar and saddle White frame near wheels Basket attachment between handlebars

Theft Description

I was studying for my exams at East Ham Library (328 Barking road, e6 2rt) from 12-4:15pm 13/06/18. I went out to get some food and on my way back, I decided to check on my bike to find it gone. I had my bike secure with a bike lock on the metal bike racks next to the library and everything was taken. There is a Sixth Form nearby and a lot of students congregated near the bike racks around 3pm. The police are refusing to look at the cameras that cover that area since there is such a big time span when it could have been stolen. (They can only watch 20mins of footage)
