Bike Description

The bike is five years old, white, 17", rusty chain, the front break squeaks, has a  rear rack carrier. It was locked with a D-padlock and stolen probably last night, but I found out only this evening. When stolen, it didn't have the back panner rucksacks, as in the picture.
