A black Tern Link C7 folding bike almost new with a couple of scratches on the RH side of the frame close to the steering shaft.Theft Description
The bike was locked with a cable lock to a bike frame in front of the LOB. Somebody cut the lock with a bolt cutter between 12:15pm and 2:30pm
