Theft Description

Live on Newton Street, central Manchester. There's a homeless man been hanging around and a number of crimes been committed since, including my car window being smashed into (fortunately only stole a cat bag). Certain that my bike will have been sold for cheap and will be around Manchester. Bike lock has been cut and stolen from within 'secure' bike storage within garage. Any info would be so greatly appreciated!
