XS. Bontrager pannier rack. White paint marks on the back of the pannier rack and on the pedals. One black and one clear valve cap - one valve shorter than the other. Black bell. Two black clip on full length black mudguards.Theft Description
It was stolen between 8:30PM and 9:30PM outside Fred Aldous in Stevenson Square. Secured around wheel and frame with a combination lock and twisted off with a plank with a nail in it.
