Individual entered Moss Court student accommodation a few minutes after 4 o'clock in the morning and left riding my bicycle. Indiviual appeared to be of African descent, approximately 6ft tall and muscular with white trainers, a black backpack, shorts and a hooded sweatshirt. He rode off towards Moss Side.
