Grey and black ebike with cream tiers, size 29. bike has frount and rear mud guards with a phone bag attached to the fount. the bike has a broken seat and a bad chain.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><b><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tiempos Text Regular'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Could you please describe the incident as it happened?</span></b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tiempos Text Regular'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> - On my way home I was traveling down a back street I use on a daily basis as it's next to my flat and is a quiet route to get to the shop. when traveling through i slowed down to pass by the lads, as i did they moved aside to let me through but as i went through one of them pushed me and the bike against the wall, the other watched out for anyone. they started telling me to "Get the fuck off the bike or your getting stabed", at this point i got off the bike and they pushed the bike up the small imbankment at wich point they both jumped on the bike and rode off.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Tiempos Text Regular'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">At this point I ran to ASDA and got someone to call 999, the police said this wasn't an emergency and told us to call 101, we didn't get through for another 20 mins.
