Theft Description
Colleague as a witness saw a man in high-vis black helmet - White/45yr approximately 6ft (had to have been to reach peddles sat down). Riding towards university campuses. Stolen from outside my work place. AQA on Devas Street off of Oxford Road in Manchester. M13 9PL. Bike was locked to cycle stand with a black motorcycle chain (frankly quite impressed how it was removed).
