Bike Description

The bike has a cable built in the wrong way that goes by the front wheel, it is a very peculiar feature. The grey colour can also look as blue. It has a combinatio lock on, if they left it. It still has the instruction tickets on handle, saying "always wear a helmet". The bike is brand new, it was the first time I put in road so it should be noticed.
