Parked at Fallowfield Mc Donalds (Wilmslow Road), the thief cut the chain lock and took it away. I was inside the restaurant and everyone simply looking at the thief‘s doing. Someone captured the video and I have that proof. Please help me. I will upload some pics from online and the screenshot from the video thief taking it away.Theft Description
