Bike Description

Mens 54cm Road Bike, Curled Bars Grey Frame with Yellow Handlebars, Yellow Seat and Yellow Accents on the Tyres. Right Pedal Reflector Missing, Rear Wheel Valve Cap Missing, Two Cable Ties around the Top of the Handle Bar for a Cycling Computer, Pedal Straps Missing, Left hand side of the handle bar scuffed on the tape. (I am hoping these things will make the bike easier to spot if it appears on the internet)

Theft Description

Stolen from outside of the Bullring Indoor Market and Eileens Unisex Salon on Gloucester Street between 14:30 PM and 16:30 PM on Thursday 5th November 2015. A very busy area and also peak hours. There is CCTV in the area on this spot but conveniently it was facing the wrong way and 'raining to heavy' to see anything. Whoever stole this bike would have had to physically carry the bike as the lock (Magnum 10) has been carefully fed through both wheels and wrapped around the frame and also shackled around the frame. I specifically bought this lock because it Guarantees maximum security and prevents cutting and theft. The actual Bar to strap the bike to has been ripped from the ground in order to take the bike. This 'U' bar was no where to be seen in the area so this would have also have to be carried. I don't really know how but in Peak Hours and in a very busy area of Birmingham, outside of a glass fronted Salon in broad daylight, someone or some people have managed to rip the bar from the concrete, carry that and my bike with wheels locked in a cable and shackle across town without not a single person seeing anything or the CCTV picking anything up. OF COURSE! WELL DONE BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL.
