Bike Description
Boardman hybrid comp, used condition, 2 years old. Spoke missing on rear wheel, mudguard on rear, plastic pedals with toe clips cut off, reflectors front and rear, paintwork on top tube and under seat post worn consistent with coiled lock rubbing it off.Theft Description
Was left locked outside (in the bike park out front) the Northgate Arena leisure centre in Chester between 16:30 -17:30 on 21/08/2018. Came back and the lock had been cut and bike taken. Owned by Sam, a teenager who uses the bike as his only form of transport. Awaiting CCTV review by police.
