Theft Description
The escooter was stolen on Eltham high street between 15.00 and 15.30. I locked it with a chain to a cycle rack in front of wimpy on Eltham High Street. I left it for 10 mins came back and the scooter was not there anymore. Witnesses saw two men running away with it. The rack where I locked it is underneath a cctv camera.
